Another great video Autumn. I am 67 years old and very morbidly obese at well over 300 lbs. I am not sure of my weight because I am confined to a wheelchair and cannot get onto a scale. I will rectify that soon. I started out with two fasts per 24 hours. I ate breakfast and dinner with nothing in between. I have stopped that and now have a light lunch, today consisting of half a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread, carrots sticks, and snap peas crisps. I have been looking into the Pegan Diet by Dr. Mark Hyman. I am eating split chicken breasts and basically cleaning out my freezer. I haven't given up dairy totally, and the only sugar I have is a teaspoon with cream in my morning coffee. I love your smoothie recipes and I even bought some chia seeds. My major goal is to get under 200 lbs., and stay there. 175 would be awesome. And despite my name Nora, I am a guy.

I do the 18 hours of fasting and 6 hours of eating. My window is noon to 6. I’ve tried longer eating windows, but this works best for my post menopausal body.

I never eat early in the morning or rarely after 7pm. I find 16:8 normal for me and it’s sustainable. Thanks you for all the great information and tip Autumn! You are truly a JEM!! Happy Holidays 😊

I stopped losing because I'm not sleeping, going through perimenopause plus working nights is not doing anything for me. That's why I'm taking a break from work to help my body heal and I do 14/10 most days

Listening to all the things you have shown us I think I found the problem I have not losing the weight I need to lose. It isn't the fasting or the protein intake. The lack of sleep which is usually a fragmented 4-5 hours a night combined with little physical activity and ultra low T levels is wrecking havoc on my goals. Anybody else find the same problem?

Hey, thanks for the video and I got to say getting enough protein like you said is the major issue. I just can’t eat enough during that window so protein powder has become my friend because it puts me back into the garden of protein level.

I usually fast from 8 pm to 4 pm and then come home to work out and then eat. I go to bed at 10:30 pm and wake up at 6 am. What do you recommend I fit the fasting into my work out ?

Thank you Autumn! I’m trying to figure out my best eating window since I had gastric bypass and struggle with getting in enough protein. I was doing great on 16/8 then started noticing I wasn’t sleeping and several other of your warnings signs. I’m wondering is that is to long of a fast? Man the struggle is real!

almost a year after starting intermittent fasting I had fantastic results in terms of weight, fat, but with potassium exceeding the values considered normal and consequently affecting the heart. Pay attention to the advice given here!

Please guide me
I am doing intermitten fasting for about 4 years.lost about 17 kgs.but gain it back.now not losing weight.
I am 34 years old female.
May b diet is not appropriate and my body does not respond to that fasting.or any other issue.
My weight is 75 and i am 5' 3

Hi autumn so I wake up at 5 AM and I begin my workout at 5:30 but I do not break my fast until 9-10 AM. Will this hurt my overall muscle mass? Or should I be breaking my fast earlier so I can have protein? My last meal is at 5-6pm. I have lost a lot of muscle mass. But I do a 16hour fast. Weekends 18hours.

I emailed Kettle & Fire about not selling their product in Australia
I suggested they can sell through Costco which is here.
They were really great. Emailed me within an hour. Admitted the don’t sell in the Southern hemisphere, but added that they will forward my suggestion about Costco to their marketing mob.
