Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel! In this video, as I'm sure you can tell by the title "Lose 20 Pounds in a Month No Exercise", I wanted to tell you how I did it! About a year into my fertility journey, I had an acupuncturist help me with my diet. My intention was never to lose weight, only to become healthier in order to carry a healthy baby. Because I have been diagnosed with both endometriosis and PCOS she recommended a pretty radical diet change.

While I was not necessarily overwieght, I had gained about 25 pounds over the course of about a year. That was probably because I had quit riding competitively, and therfore was no longer as active as I had been growing up.

Shortly after starting this diet, I noticed that I was rapidly shedding weight, without restricing calories!

I had a very similar journey on no carb! Lost 26lbs in 4 months as a 5’2” petite woman.

I'm 5'3 F and at 140 I want to be 110. Currently at 130.
I lost 5 pounds in 1 week and lost 15 in 5 weeks...But gained 5 back in the second half of December... :)
(This is extreme and you can do a lighter version. But I don't find it hard)
A modified version of the book "The Fast 800". I eat 800 calories a day, over 2 hours. (OMAD)
No sugar, bread, pasta, dairy, soy, tans-fats or anything processed or from a can. (estrogen mimicking chemicals)
I focus on protein and try to eat 50-80 g of protein and under 75 carbs a day. I measure ev-er-y-thing.
My fav meal is a large serving of chicken breast & 2 mashed red potatoes w skin & gravy plus broccoli
My cravings vanished by day 6. Once a week I eat 1200 calories.
and use my fitness pal / lifesum to record everything.
Plus sometimes walk 2.5 miles a day & always get 8 hours of sleep.
Hope this helps anyone else that's been struggling to lose weight.
It's really changed how I eat. I no longer crave bread and pasta or sweets.

Your diet worked for me when I was 23 but at age 70 with pre-diabetes, hbp and insulin resistance only Intermittent Fasting works! I lost 6 pounds in one week Fasting intermittently

I was eating once a day I gave up snacking and cokes I drank a lot of water I went from 275 to 256 probably I just lost water weight tho

Hmm, I wonder if that’s why I stayed so slim when I was vegan, 😅 I have PCOS n I have 4 kids but after I had my 4th at 32 it’s hard to loose weight at 34

I have a major sweet tooth so this is something I know I should try. But no corn? I’m Mexican and need my tortillas! Lol jk, you look amazing, thank you for the advice
