Hi mike it is so frustrating i can relate to this woman.so i just measured and ive lost several inches then got on scale and gained a pound. What in the world? I have been using weights in my workout routine so it could be muscle but i just dont believe that.any thoughts?

Yeah but can't you still eat your favourite foods in a calorie daily consumption e.g 1800/2000 calories (this is when you're at your weight goal)

So, basically she was a carb/sugar addict like myself! I'm finding to offset the bleakness of no sugar that something else really fun has to take it's place. Easier said than done!

Unfortunately her issues doesn't apply majorities of Ppl,  
so those 3 Tips are not my issues perhaps others as well,  
sorry for honesty,  but not helpful
