I'm 5'6 and want to be back at 140. I am 160 now 13 weeks Postpartum. I walk 5 days a week and do weights 3 days a week. I definitely need more protein.

I’m going to be so honest and I just want some tips. So I’m a female and 5, 3. I weigh 128 pounds. I am 13 and it’s sucks seeing all my friends being 100 pounds. Anyways I’ve been working out for the past 3 weeks and going on 2-3 miles runs everyday + working out and eating healthy but I haven’t seen any progress. And if anything I have gained weigh. tAll I want to do is gain confidence and have a better mindset. So do you have any tips?

I’m 140 lbs male (13yo) y’all r making me feel so overweight 😂 u guys are 130 as full grown adults and still trying to lose weight. I’ve been working my ass off and it’s hella tiring. For me it’s the eating… often times when I try to eat healthier, I eat the healthy food and then I cave and eat the thing I was craving. Do u have any tips or smth

I was 140 about 4 months ago(I’m 5’1 but am very muscular) and lost my job so I started binge eating and my old job required me to do at least 10k steps a dat(e-commerce in store shopper) so naturally I gained about 25 pounds and am now 165 :( I’m really trying not to be too hard on myself but it’s been hard especially since I been going to the gym 3-4 days a week with 30 minutes of cardio each time I go so idk what’s going on

That first meal can’t be 150 cal… eggs alone are 70-80 cal which already almost exceeds that calorie amount you claim your breakfast has, not to mention avocados are high in calories as well. A single cherry tomato is like around 3 cal, so to be realistic, your meal would basically actually be 200-240 cal…
