Perfect short meditation. I do affirmations in the mirror sometimes. I was surprised to find myself shaking my head ‘no’ after one of them. I made myself nod yes. Now hearing ‘I am enough’, I had the same sensation, that I’m not enough. Glad I caught that. I’ll be repeating that affirmation in the next few days and onward. Thank you so much!❤

Sometimes I’m blown away Nate by just how much one of your meditations hits the spot for me! Your meditations on Joy and Five Minute Anxiety Reduction were a lifeline to me when I was diagnosed with MS nine years ago and now this meditation has touched me deeply. There’s so much happening that has made me feel I’m not enough and there’s been so much overwhelm - including that my husband has had cancer twice in the last two years. Listening to your words and saying the statements out loud has been very cathartic.
