Great suggestion but tibialis raise works on the ankle not the knee. atg lunges should be performed with as much range of motion possible meaning the calf should touch the hamstring. lateral reaches strenghten the quadriceps of the standing leg and open up the hips for the reaching leg. All excelent excercises for strenghtening the kinetic chain and yes prevent knee, ankle and hip injuries. Also as a footballer very important to train ankle inversion and eversion to prevent sprains and change direction faster while moving.

I wish I saw this before dislocating my knee later finding out I had split my knee cap and can’t play for 6 months😢

I did something to the inside of my left knee, and it hurts so bad to kick the ball, so mad at myself, but I'm going to do these so I can play soccer at my full potential again

Crazy that the first exercise “the tib raises” don’t “strengthen this area here” it actually strengthens the solus muscles which are located on your shin….. another reason why you shouldn’t believe everything you see on the internet😅
