This video highlights the system I use to maximize the effects of exercise. When I adhere to the components discussed in this video, I gain muscle mass, strength, and function. Unfortunately, when I deviate from this strategy, I revert to losing strength and muscle mass. I’m not a doctor, and this is not medical advice, but I wanted to show what works for me.

I have my EMG later this month. My left hand arm for a year has gotten weaker. After seeing another video of you trying to straighten out your hands looks very similar to mine! Obviously, I’ve been terrified of having ALS. Finding your videos have actually, somewhat eased my mind! Thank you. I’ll pray for you if you pray for me! God bless you!

I have spasticity, clonus, hyperreflexia, muscle spasms, fasciculations, focalized weakness, scapular winging, and visible atrophy. In the beginning my doc thought HSP but that was before my muscles weakened and show atrophy. What confuses my diagnosis is that my last two EMG'S were normal! I am glad you are speaking about this on a spectrum.
