3 are definitely enough. Moderate weight, with slow controlled eccentric movements, and full range of motion. Train all muscle at their lengthened(stretched) and shorten(contracted) positions.
Behind the head shoulder presses are wild but can be effective for some.

You work the front, side, and rear delt. Chances are you already work the front if you do bench/overhead press etc so concentrate on the side and rear.
Think lateral raises, face pulls etc
