Your shoulder workouts been lacking? Throw in these giant sets and get them growing!

I wanted to share some of the style of workouts I've been doing recently and wow have they worked. I've been taking typical giant sets and drilling down to each individual muscle. I can definitely say that I haven't been this sore in months and the pump is painful!

Heavy partial side lateral
Reg side lateral
Partials at top side lateral
Wide grip upright rows

Rear delt...
Standing bent over RD fly
Isolated laying RD fly
Bent over external rotation
Barbell behind the arse straight arm pulls


Anterior delts...
Cable front raises
Bus drivers/pause rep with one hand
Supinated front raises with a plate
Arnold presses

Did this workout, I’m 50 now and I’ve tried lots of stuff but this shoulder workout had me blowing out of my arse, my side delts are in pieces .The last 3 front delt had me screaming. Wish I’d trained like this when I was younger . Great stuff love watching your vids 😍

Love the detailed explanation on this one really helped. Definitely in my best shape at 46 thanks to your videos. Always tweaking my exercises as you suggest to get that best connection. Have really noticed the difference in what I can do after making sure I'm working all the muscles. Thanks

Did the rear delt supinated rotation today, and it absolutely hammered the muscles. I've struggled to get a good connection with my rear delts, and suddenly I felt everything. I definitely recommend it. 👌🏻

I’ve probably watched thousands of workout videos and I’ve never once made a comment but I had to say that this was the best shoulder workout I’ve ever done and I shared it with everyone I know

Dude your videos are hands down the best. When I use your tips and exercises, I find that I connect with my muscles everytime, unlike those other YouTube fancy boyz. You bring the pain each and every time.

Also, those other gym pricks aren't doing videos on you, your channel, natty or not, or whatever, so that's a plus!

So, just did this workout. On the steering wheel move for front delts, Ryan was doing 45 pound plate, I started off with 25, then 10 then 5, but damn it I wasn’t going to 2-1/2 pound plate. Thanks Ryan you’re changing my whole outlook on how to workout. Ex power lifter, college football player that really just used power to move weight not the specific muscle needed.
