I’m a girl. I’m just gonna say, I did this exercises ONE time and could feel for the next week my back and posture being soooo much better, and I’ve felt stronger from just doing it one time. I’m working out with Chris now regular and let me say, soo good, sooo beneficial, lost for words. Tnx Chris!!

Hi Chris, I am 13 years old. I started Calisthenics by just watching you. When I was a kid, I always wanted to be like hulk. But when I saw you, you changed everything. Your body is amazing. For the few months, I got problem of itching. I can't even get out of my room in sun light. No exercise. Nothing. But now I feel good! Really wanted to be like you. I start doing pushups when I was about 8 but unfortunately, did pushups wrong for 3 years. No progress. No diet. But thanks God ! I found your video in which you talk about perfect form of pushup. Now, I can do handstand, working on handstand Pushups and Planche. You don't know how much you are helping people. You are amazing Sir. You tattoos are cool. Always wanted to be like you. Hello Chris! I've been doing this work 3× a week, for a month now, and I can tell that I've gotten stronger a bit. I've even burnt off some fat due to everyday bicycling for the month (10km every day except Sunday) and have gotten much slimmer in the past month.

Edit: it's been almost 4 months and I've definitely got stronger.. I am able to do 10 consecutive dips, and 1 pull-ups (I was never able to do that before). My shoulders have broadened 2 inches.

I really though bodyweight workouts were boring and less effective cause i had been doing only those workouts. But now really liking them becuase of you Cris.

Thanks for sharing, my strength really improved a lot after doing these exercises! When you do bodyweight exercises, there is no excuse at all, that's crucial.
