Im a Coach and functional trainer and I like your concept plus being almost 51 myself, the training has to be tailoref and our bodies have certain limits, recovery .

I like your workouts, and brings me back to focusing on technique .

My training philosophy has many branches, from atheticism, core synergestics, martial arts, mobility, strenght, and after 20 years our minds in this trade wonder off

Keep up the good work .

I like the fact that you as well as I treat it as. 😊small segments, rounds / drills . Thsys key

51. 6' 1" and 205. Love your videos. Staying strong! Curious where you are. Looks like a parking garage outside the office!

Side delts are pennate type muscles...therefore they have ability to contract heavily for small distances...so works best for them to do heavy weigths in reletively short range of motion...go for wide grip heavy upright rows.

I agree with 💯. All exercises are time under tension. But this exercise is a mass movement for the sidelateral. But this gentleman’s arm has to be pointed to the floor. And you don’t learn forward you put ur arms a A slight degree. I love how everyone on this channel thinks the advice is so much better than the next one. Everybody’s professional in this channel

100 reps? Oh hell no. It doesn't take that much. That's overtraining.

You're not telling anyone anything that hasn't been known in 100 years.

5 sets of 20 = complete overkill

1 heavy duty set of 8-10 reps is how you stack on the gains.
