Canister Purge Valve 2009 Ford Escape for P0455 & P0457 error codes on OBDII

This is a short video on how to swap out your Canister Purge Valve to possibly settle your P0455 and P0457 error codes. This is for a 2009 Ford Escape 2.5L engine, nut applies to Escapes, Mercury Mariner, Mazda Tributes up to 2012. Possibly for 3.0 v6 also.

iv replaced the purge and vent valves and gas door seal still small evap leak 2009 escape hybird 110, 000miles used all motorcraft parts too

They can cause stall issues and ruff idle also. They can suck gasoline straight from the tank when it is full and cause your car to run really ruff!
