Seriously! 5.4 2009 f150 is definitely different than all other models or engines! I seriously have been dealing with this shit for at least 2 yrs. Now I find your video!😤

Hello there thank you for posting. Had a smoke test performed and saw smoke coming down from behind the engine in between the firewall. A buddy of mine who was helping me said it appeared to be coming from a mushroomed shape cap/vent? that connect to of the purge valve line. Unsure if that supposed to do that or not. Of course had smoke coming from the fuel inlet. 2009 f150 5.4

Thanks for posting this! I think making a video on YouTube can sometimes be like when you're in class and you have a question and you consider asking/not asking it. When you do ask it someone else in class may have had that same question and by you asking it you've helped them out. This helped me a lot.

Lol how the hell do you get inside there? I’m 5 8 and not long arms. The trucks are so tall and wide… I would have to crawl into the engine compartment :(
