This is my very first time doing something like this, I am doing this for volleyball so I can see better results, I hope one day I will be able to jump just as high as the net one day, I will update you guys on summer break.

This works so well I’m 6, 2 and couldn’t even dunk a tennis ball on 10ft after 4 weeks I started to see results of doing this 4 Times a week now I can easily dunk on 10ft ima keep using it until I can eastbay 100% recommend if you want to increase ur vertical

After doing this for a while, and improving my jumping technique, I’ve now increased my vertical by almost a foot this is hard as heck but if you just stay consistent I promise it’s worth it

- Warmup - Bodyweight Squat oscillation 2x8

- Warmup - Multidirectional Ankle Hop 2x8
- Warmup - High Knees 2x10sec
- BLOCK A - Drop Jumps 3x8
- BLOCK A - Tuck Jumps 3x8
- BLOCK A - 180 Jump Rotation 3x8
- BLOCK B - Butt Kick Jump 3x8each
- BLOCK B - Split Jump 3x8each
- BLOCK B - Skip Jump 3x8each
- BLOCK C - Skater Squat ISO 3x20sec each
- TECHNIQUE - 1 Step Approach 15-20x
- [ ] TECHNIQUE - 2 Step Jump 5-10x rest **2min after every 5 jumps

I’m not 100% sure but I think my vertical is 20 inches, I’m 5’9, and more on the bulky side so I’ll be doing this twice a week and update every week about my vertical👍🏾

For the triset do you do them 3x8 then next drill or is it like a super set?
