Its true, after doing jump squats, kneeling jumps, depth jumps, sitting box jumps, after 5 weeks shi had no more effect, so I researched my favorite athlete and copied his lower body workout(Yuji Nishida, his workouts really make the image of jumping and approaching, so after just 1 and a half weeks my vert increased)


(Only 3 inches, but still, imagine 2 months of doing that whole thing)

Personally I do rlly low volume plyometrics almost four times a week and if I feel rlly good will do 60 percent effort jumps. Like light single leg pogos where I’m literally only getting a inch off the ground.

I'm 5'10 and I can grab the rim with both hands super easy everytime. I've been doing plyo for two months now and haven't seen improvement and have been wondering why. This makes sense now

I'm 10 and 5'2 touching a 8 feet rim can't dunk but touching rim by doing plyo and I'm an elite jumper so it's no bad to do plyo as a elite jumper

Did John Evans say this that....once you get more advanced...you need the more max jumps vs just plyos and jumping around so to speak... MAx vs standard once you are decently advanced
