Thank you MIZI for your videos. They are so great. I have MS with some balance issues, but doing your workouts have strengthened my core which is helping me with my balance issues. Some moves I do have to alter but most I can do. You are a great blessing to my well being. Thank you soo much.❤

I'm doing this with 16:8 intermittent fasting & I'm doing face exercise with this. My weight is about 70 kilograms

I've lost 1, 5 kg. Changed diet too. Mostly raw food. And I am crossing over to excercises with no squats, 20 min also MIZI. Thanks, you are superb!

This is the first workout with you, absolutely brilliant. I am 49. I’ve worked out all my adult life weights running yoga now perimenopause and haven’t exercise for months due to muscle pains and stiffness. This was my first cardio workout. It’s got me sweating and it’s brilliant. Will definitely be doing it three times a week to get my fitness back up and then start on the weights again.
