Just because you’re short on time, doesn’t mean you can’t absolutely tear your upper body off the bones and achieve an ungodly pump 🥵

This speedy session we’re focusing on Triceps, Delts, and Biceps

Close Grip Bench: the best way to progressively overload the triceps which take up most of the mass of the arms so will give you the appearance of having huge arms. Go heavier on these for 3 sets of 8 with 2 minutes rest

Next straight into a sweaty superset. Lateral deltoids first, 20 reps on each side, go all the way up for maximum stimulus on the side delt. Then straight into 20 slow and controlled EZ bar curls. Repeat 3 times.

With all these movements please focus on form, I don’t want to see any garbage technique throwing the weight around and letting it drop with no focus on the eccentric and wondering why your physique isn’t growing.
