Again, Coach Greg gives the absolute best advice on losing body fat. I'm walking 6 miles a day. Cut 500 to 700 calories and have already lost 15 lbs since January 1st.

1: eat in deficit, but keep it sustainable
2: track your weight
3: exercise, cardio and weights
4: no junk food in the house or plain view. Have healthy alternatives

I am 38 next week, lifetime natty. 1st of February I started my fat loss for beach body. Deadline is 31st of July. Was 20% bf now i am at around 5% bf lol. I know body fat scanners are not accurate, but man, this week I started to notice striations on my glutes, veins under my belly button started to be visible about a month ago, christmas tree is visible, abs of course visible, biceps veins popping up like crazy so I think bf scanner is not far off. It also shows I have put some muscles on since Feb. Mainly thanks to coach Greg and his videos. Time is key, 21 weeks behind me, 5 to go, now is just meintenance. Take things slowly enough and you will achieve everything.
Edit: Forgot to say, I feel great.

Started at 395, always been able to exercise with no problems just gained alot of weight being depressed. Im 6 3 i start the morning doing 55 min tae bo advanced videos, then if i feel good i get on the stationary bike for 40 to 50 min, then i eat breakfast or lunch... later on at night i lift weights or go to planet fitness. Im not sore and dont have any problems, i sleep when im tired, i drink lots of whey when i have more soreness then last time. right now im weighing 342lbs not rushing to lose weight, i exercise like this because i can and i never had any problem, i could always do more then most around me no matter the weight, depression is just tuff but im good now and the exercise helps my mentality. Got many days to go but im in it for the long haul!

It’s crazy. I’m gaining weight but getting leaner. Eat most days at maintenance and a couple days at a 800 calorie deficit. Coach Greg is the goat

sometimes it takes longer than 3 weeks for the scale to go down. i'm currently 10 months deep and down 22 lbs, there has been more than one occasion where i stayed at the same calorie count for a good 6 months and my weight didn't move for an entire month and then one day it suddenly dropped like 5 pounds and stayed there from then onwards.
