We'll flow through the power yoga workout, but below is a general outline of what to expect.

1️⃣ Sun Salutation Vinyasa Flow
2️⃣ Down Dog, High Plank, Push Ups
3️⃣ Three Leg Down Dog, Plank + Crescent Lunge
4️⃣ Single Leg Stability Work (Crescent Lunge to Airplane Pose to Mountain Pose)
5️⃣ Cardio Interval (High Knees + Squat Jacks)
6️⃣ Chair Pose + Open Arm Twist + Revolved Chair Pose + Revolved Lunge
7️⃣ Warrior 2 with Shoulders + Arms
8️⃣ Star Pose to Horse Pose with Heel Lifts
9️⃣ Cardio Interval (Jumping Jacks + Chair Squat Jumps)
🔟 Abs and Core Stability Work

I've been tired and freezing cold all day. I knew I needed to move, so I pulled up this video and peeled off so many layers of clothes during the video since I got sweaty so quickly! Thanks for warming up me and my heart rate! 😅

This was awesome! I never really do yoga, I'm more of a HIIT gal - but this was the perfect combo of yoga + cardio + stretch + sweat. I would love to see more videos like this! I have been doing NML workouts for a couple years now. Love them! I thought I would try a yoga workout. I was able to follow along. It was great! One note: the music drowned out Lindsey a bit and since I don't know the moves it really helps to be able to hear what she is saying. Thank you!
