Hey yogis, in this week's video I'm sharing with you a simple bedtime yoga routine you can do to fall asleep fast. This yoga class also includes my all-time favorite breathing exercise to beat insomnia and drift off to sleep.

I've had issues falling asleep my entire life and the breathing technique practiced at the end has been a life saver!

This is an all levels practice, great for beginner yogis or people who've never even done yoga before. All you need is 20 minutes and I would encourage you to do this in bed.

Doing yoga before bed is a great way to get your mind and body relaxed and comfortable, increasing your chances of a good night's sleep.

I have to do stretching, because I was just diagnosed with restless leg syndrome. I hope this will help. I love your pre exercise stretching and sun salutations. Now that winter is here and I can't walk as much outside, I'm going to rely on kassandra's yoga!!

I love this sequence! It is my go to video for unwinding and relaxing before bed :). The length is great too for the nights that it's already late or I'm pressed for time :).

Umm, okay, so THIS WORKED. I don't have insomnia but my bedtime is typically 1-2am. Yesterday after doing this I was asleep by 11:30pm! This was a real lullaby. Thank you, Kassandra!

I did all of this lying down! I modified a few, banana asana for the side bend and apanasana for seated forward bend, I had to do this because my hubby is asleep next to me. I'm sooo relaxed now, thanks beautiful for this lovely practice 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🙏🙏💕💕
