Been doing this routine every night solid for about a month now. I have been in the construction industry all my life and my body is strong but just simply locked in some places.
I couldn’t even bring my right leg into that pidgin position at all. Now both legs are even and I can lay on my back in that quad stretch.

It was a great relaxing stretch, I finished with a few minutes shavasana, with vol down ! It really helps the relaxation

Wow This is real departure from regular MFY videos and oh so good, almost "spititual" in tone but withclassic Dean "what you should be feeling" language layered on top.. The modified verbal delivery is almost lullaby-like, very appropriate to the workout goal of relaxation and stretching before bed. Kill the screen stuff, dim the lights and fall into it. You'll be that much closer to good restorative sleep

I loved this nighttime routine I loved the quad stretch. It was very good for me since my quads are very tight. I also loved the strap stretches which focus on stretching the outer hips & inner thighs. This was my 1st time doing this stretch routine and I loved it.
