OMG, I JUST DID IT! I feel SO much energy after two weeks of these workouts! I was physically active many years ago. I am now obese and struggling with it. But after your workouts I felt for the first time in many years that I became much stronger, disciplined and more durable. thank you!

Oh My Gosh Anna!! This workout was a killer but I am so thankful for the ability to sweat off my stress- I am currently in my senior year of college and have a significant amount of projects, papers, and tests to prepare for my teaching job next semester, but your workouts help calm me down always and they are always a blast! I run cross country and track and have noticed a huge change in my endurance and strength levels, since doing your workouts- Your outfits are always so color coordinated, and I love the music you play
