I am drinking almost 4-4.5l of water everyday due to extreme heat in India. I feel more thirty during evening till I go to sleep. By the time I go to sleep I have already drunk 2.5l of water since evening.

I drink around 1 litre of water within 30 minutes of waking up, and another litre in the next 1-2 hours. I drink around 5-6 litres of water at this point. For those who struggle with drinking more water, just bring a 1 litre stainless steel or glass bottle. Measuring it in bottles is easier

Sir, there is a theory that of we drink a lot of water and urine changes it's color to white from lemon body starts loosing it's mineral.
Is it true or it's a myth?
And if true plz make a short video explaining this.

....but i think 2.5 is not a fixed quantity its a little too much for me.
Max i have is 2 L MAX. its generally 1.5 L for i have any more i cant sit normally and feel bloated by the end of day.
