Start your day with these power breaths to help increase your vital capacity, activate and enhance your lymphatic system and energize your body.

*This set starts with a 4 second count. Work your way up by adding 1 more second each day or maybe even each week.

For example, if it's 4 seconds then the ratio (1:4:2) is...

Breathe IN 4 seconds : HOLD breath 16 seconds : Breathe OUT 8 seconds.

By adding another second to the 1st factor will look like this
Breathe IN 5 seconds : HOLD breath 20 seconds : Breathe OUT 10 seconds....and so on for 6, 7, 8 seconds.

Schedule it or set your alarm for twice a day or more...
