This is an excellent video. Thank you Kate. It is just then still not clear how to respond to them: for me now what is more comfortable to me is to express how their behaviour affected me and how I see it. So I blame, express anger, ... however in a much milder way as I understand it is all about what is inside me and as I really am forgiving them but just would like them to see the picture as well. So I still want a way to express myself and myself and not just receive everything!
