Hi, and thank you very much for these videos. Is there a kind of support band for wrist and elbows? That is one year I am doing different types of exercises with great coaches( pilattes- work out, yoga and strength, and stretch after 50 years. I am 73 and with all these excercises I see how my body, my health has improved. Tonnes of thanks for your great channel ❤
