I have been doing these exercises for 1 year I'm 77, combined with never smoking drinking or using drugs and a plant based diet most people think I am 50/55 THANK YOU 😇

I am the type of person who, if something doesn't work right away--even just a little--I stop doing it. Well let me tell you, this works right away! You will feel it a little at first, then you will really feel and see it over the course of 2 weeks. I've been doing it for almost 4 months now daily with a break on the weekends, and I am not disappointed. Thank you, Parmita!!!

This is my first try of these exercises and I have to say my mouth is tingling! I'm a 43yr old single mom of a 3 year old boy and I just started to notice that my face is starting to change a wee bit. Just got outta a bad relationship and hard life circumstances took its toll.
So thankful to have found your channel as work on myself outside and inside... definitely adding some of these exercises to my daily routine of self care. From the bottom of my heart thank you!!! 😊

i was so sold by your face yoga (blowfish face) and your "lift your breasts naturally" i have moved on to the LIPS -- i have set an alarm to do this as i drive home after dropping off the kids. for the LONGEST time people were SHOCKED to find out how old i am -- in the last 2 yrs people stopped looking shocked and have made "well WE get old it happens" and i'm freaking out. i am so ready !

Ma'am, I've just found your video and I can tell these exercises are very effective. Just did them for 1 min each and I can feel that the muscles are being activated. You're so right our muscles were designed to work. I'm 47 and I have laughter lines already. I’m 64 I laugh a lot, I’ve always given 10 years younger than my age. A little tip that has to do with exercises and yoga is my thing and very welcome !
We have so many muscles on our face you will be surprised!

I am 75 years old and I have a real problem with my upper lip. deep lines. I'm not so wrinkled anywhere else. I have started this week doing your 3 exercises for the lips. I will let you know how I am doing after a few weeks. I am glad I found your video's.

OK- so I've been doing this one week now. I also squeeze my pelvic floor muscles at the same time so I feel like I'm not spending precious time on vanity only. I DO see a difference in my lips! After just one week. They were quite full in my youth and I even got teased about it. Last 30 yrs (I'm 60) they continued slowly to shrink. So I will continue w your exercise!
