I love watching your informative videos. Your voice is soothing and you have a great smile. I’m 62 and started doing this exercise twice a day, 100 tongue thrusts each time. It’s been 5 days and I haven’t seen a change in my double chin. I am at my ideal weight. How long does it take to see an improvement? Thank you. 🌻
