I do zoomba twice a day, yoga, and weightlifting- it helps with depression and anxiety. It keeps me vertical following the loss of my only cild in 2020. So does watching Dr. Dray- that also brought me out of my crippling depression.

Dr Dray! You have single handedly got me to start exercising, start eating healthy, limiting processed foods, resisting alcohol, applying and reapplying sunscreen, sleeping for at least 7 hours every night. What started off as google search to treat my acne has now changed my life drastically!

I turned 53 this year. My husband and I started walking every afternoon because it's too expensive to take the car anymore. We both feel great, sleep better and feel more energetic. I always remember to apply my sunscreen before!! Thank you Dr. Dray for your videos!!

During the height of the pandemic, I was terrible about exercising. Now I try to walk for at least 45 mins a day. It’s hard getting back into it but it feels so much better than sitting around.

I’m 47 and lift weights 5/6 days a week. I’ve never felt better physically and mentally. Working out and eating healthy have made a big difference in my quality of life. I’m thrilled to know it helps my skin as well.

I have been a couch potato and one day I started dancing. I could tell you first hand…. my age started to move backwards. In my 55 I feel and look better then I was 45-47 Dancing brings not only exercise but a positive emotions in all ways of life. Keep on moving keep on feeling young.

You are preaching everything Miranda Esmonde-White has taught me. She is 73 yet she looks absolutely amazing, and she's quite fit. And it doesn't take beating ourselves up to stay to get there. Her workouts are very enjoyable to do daily and I've noticed quite a difference!

Hi Dr Dray! I have Fibromyalgia & agoraphobia but I also have a 1.5 year old puppy. He’s been my motivating factor to walk daily, several times a day, sometimes just around the block. It’s a struggle, being alone, in the cold Wisconsin weather, walk up apartment, but he’s gotten me to socialize, we go to the dog park almost daily, and then I walk around the perimeter of the park. I love your channel! I always wear my SPF & I got all my cousins to start wearing in their teens! Thanks for everything you do!

I only started exercising when I found this channel in the pandemic. There was a video where you mentioned blogilates, I checked her out, and I've been consistent every since. (That's also when I started wearing sunscreen.) Thanks, Dr. D.

I loved this Dr Dray! You nailed it. All the expensive creams and procedures won’t make you young. I’ve exercised my whole life, everyday. I’m now 72 and look like I’m 50. My doctor called in two nurses on my last annual exam to have them guess my age. I have great muscle tone and no wrinkles at all. I also drink one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil each morning and another at dinner time. I’m a size 2 still. I eat healthy foods. I see women who buy expensive products for their face, but are extremely overweight. I’m so happy you made this video. Hopefully it will motivate some. Thank you again…🙏 namaste.

Mine is exercise daily walking 6 miles, weights 3 times, a week, dancing class twice a week, tretinoin at night, spf in the day, a good occlusive moisturiser and of course good Vegan I take sea buckthorn oil supplements, vit d and K also thinking of adding to my supplements resveratrol in powder form
