Here is a sneak peek at my Anti-Aging Facial Pilates Routine!

I was introduced to these exercises by my 80 year old grandmother, and if you could see her you'd be doing these exercises every day too! She has a beautiful glow to her skin, it's absolutely flawless and smooth. She credits this all to her facial exercise routine!

Your facial muscles play a critical role in the contouring and shaping of your face. These exercises increase circulation, improving the blood flow to your face to give you a healthy glow.

They also work the muscles that lie underneath the skin to not only assist with firming, lifting and toning the face, but also decreasing the tension that causes fine lines.

This routine only takes 10 minutes per day, you can do it anytime, anywhere: watching TV, in the shower, waiting at the traffic lights or even standing in line at the supermarket (not for the faint hearted!)

My mum did similar facial exercise all her life, and when she died in her nineties she had hardly a wrinkle. All her life she seemed ageless.

I’m 49, and lately I’ve been seeing saggy, crepey skin under my chin/neck area, and I’ve lost a lot of the fat in my face, so it’s been looking almost gaunt. I started doing these exercises only a week ago, and I can already feel the muscles in my face getting stronger (and the exercises easier to do!) but I am so amazed at the difference I already see in my face! Everything just looks tighter, lifted, younger! Even the lines around my eyes have smoothed out! I absolutely plan on keeping this up, and thank you for sharing this ULTIMATE beauty routine!

I look ridiculous during the Long O Cheek pull- but these exercises are totally worth it!! I’ve been doing for 3 weeks now and I promise I look 5 years younger! My defined laugh lines have SIGNIFICANTLY softened and plumped up the area around my mouth.

I’ve been doing these facial exercises for 3 days now and can already see a difference in my muscle tone. I should have taken a “before” photo! The increased blood flow to my face is an unexpected plus! ☺️❤️ I’m hooked!

Oh my, thank you so much! I've been doing this regularly for just a week now, I can't believe I have actually built up muscle in my cheeks! I am 43 and for the last couple of years my age really started showing, my skin felt thin and drooping, now it's starting to feel like a firm baby bum 😂 Unbelievable, I had previously thought all those face manipulations were pointless.
