These are some of my all time favourite face exercises to tighten and lift the face!

I was introduced to these exercises by my 86 year old grandmother, and if you could see her you'd be doing these exercises every day too! She has a beautiful glow to her skin, it's absolutely flawless and smooth. She credits this all to her face exercise routine!

I'm a 60 yo man in Texas, and just discovered your channel about a month ago. I admit I first watched because of your beautiful striking eyes, but I did the routine as well. After a week I felt like I was noticing a difference, and last week I had a lovely compliment from a woman. Thank you so much for teaching this old dog some new tricks! Ive been just doing one of your videos, but are there other routines i should mix in, for more effectiveness?

I just wanted to say that as a 47 yr old man, whose aging has knocked my confidence for some years, I think these exercises (and the ones for the eyes), are really brilliant. I already noticed some difference after the first few times too!!
Thankyou for these . Just because I'm a bloke doesn't mean we don't need to use these too!

Hi Lisa - I do a series of facial exercises you've put together - EVERY DAY - and it has made a difference = even for someone doing them later in life. Your exercises really work! My upper eyelids started lifting after only 2 days of doing them, and my neck is much tighter. I've not seen such good results so fast from anyone else's exercises! Can you please do a video on exercises for lifting the corners of the mouth and removing marionette lines? Thank you!

I have often problems of tension in my neck and face, due to a lot of time spent in front of the computer and to my professional activities. Many people simply ignore that, due to stress and bad life style, we tend to accumulate a lot of tension in the two areas just mentioned. I've tried your exercises and I have to say that they work really well. Many thanks for the video.

My morning routine these days (especially because I suffer from winter depression) is: Cover my heart with my hands or giving myself a physical hug while asking myself: What do I have going today, and how would I like those things to go? Imagine my plans going well while I continue the physical hug, for a few minutes. My evening routine: Think for a few minutes of three things I am grateful for today, whether big or small, find three things I am grateful for today and with a smile, do the physical hug, for a few minutes, before turning out the light. :-)

I'm 65 I look 50s heard late 40s I'm happy to hear it..and I love your face palates, it dose wk and I see it rt away I'm under a lot of stress and this helps remove that stress on my face I'm a older guy man my person thinks I'm beyond cute and thank you for this..Lisa thx J...for Jackie

Hi Lisa, I came across your channel because I was curious about face yoga. I admit I click on your video because I was so curious of your beautiful face. I thought to myself this is legit😅! I am doing this face lift exercise for 3 consecutive nights now. Oh my! Did I see huge change especially under my eyes?! In just two nights, my black puffy eye bags because of studying and all the stress in life are gone! This is amazing! I honestly can’t believe it. And my face too starts to have some changes. This evening, I was sitting across my roommate, I noticed that her eyes are all over my face😅. She might be wondering what in the world is going on with me why I look so fresh. BTW, I am not really into commenting, but I did it anyway because I believe you deserve to know how helpful you are to a lot of us here. I’ll keep on doing this every night. I am so excited already to see the big results after few weeks from now 🥰
