Ive been using yoga nidra for half a year now, and it sometimes used to take me an hour to 2 hours to fall asleep. Now i fall asleep within 2-10 mins every time. It really works.

I do listen to Jason Stephenson many guided sleep meditation, wind down etc
There are others but I enjoy his relaxing voice.

I have major issues with falling asleep since the full-scale war in my country. My bed time shifted to 2:00-3:00 am. Nothing helps except physical exhausting.
Massive missile attacks are rare in my city for the last several months, but air raid siren could wake me up just for seconds. But it significantly affects quality of sleep.

How to deal with stress, when the stress is a part of your life 😂

BTW reduction of screen time helps a little bit. I will try that yoga stuff probably, thanks for the advice. Any particular recommendations?
