I'm gonna give it a try as since last week I'm having terrible issues in my sleep pattern, as I was bothered with my academic examinations and now from today is the week my exams started...you won't believe last night I couldn't sleep due to stress, tried every single tips but it won't help but I gave the exam undoubtedly good.After returning home I was tired...tried to sleep but again same issue...now I'm trying this technique and tomorrow I'll inform if it helped or not

It's 6:38 to early to wake up but to late to go to sleep 😔

This is a new low for me, I used to be a lucid dreamer so falling asleep was fairly easy but now I've returned to my old ways after not dream journaling for a while
