Can‘t explain it but something about Maddie made me LOVE working out. I‘ve been doing her workouts for almost 2 years now and even when I try to switch my routine up sometimes & follow along with other fitness influencers, I always end up being here again. Thank you Maddie for doing what you do and thank you SO MUCH for posting on here and not on some other website we‘d have to pay for. Please do more of these Maddie! I really enjoy the Pilates type strength burn, tone and stretch all in one. You seem like such a kind person. I wish I had a bestie like you to do these workouts with. You make them fun!

this workout/stretch is so unique...and i love that! this is perfect to do on days where you might not have enough energy for a full-body HIIT workout but still want to be active/stretch!

Hi Maddie! I've been doing many of your workouts for almost 2 years now. I love the 20 mins, no jumping & no equipment workouts. These days I enjoy these stretch & tone workouts more. It's easier to do after a long day at work. I hope you'd post more of them. Thank you, you're the best!

I was infected with Covid a year ago and I am still suffering of breath problems, this workout was intense for my breathing but I made it through it and I am so proud <3 Thank you Maddie, your workouts are different!
