I love this workout. I am 70, and my kettlebell has been collecting dust due to fear of injury. But Coach Gabby ( and other Svelte coaches) are so meticulous about form that I am able to do the workout with no problem. Thank you!

I loved this workout! I don't have a kettle ball, so I used a weight instead. I would love to see more workouts like this, as I am trying to stay strong so I can keep up with my rambunctious grandson. Thank you, Coach Gaby!

I used a regular weight as well and appreciated that Gaby let us know her kettle ball weight. This was an excellent strength training routine and would love to see more like this one. Much appreciated!

Great workout! Did not have Kettle bells so used 8 and 10lb dumbbells. Loved it!!

Great workout Gaby! I had a kettlebell but it was too heavy for the time being, so I substituted my dumbells for some but used my kettlebell for the sqats and RDL's. Thanks for your leadership and reminding us of our form!

This was an awesome workout! Loved the full body workout, without really knowing I was working out full body. I don't have a kettle bell, but I used my individual hand weights, and they worked just as well!
