My dad lost a lot of weight by not eating past 6pm. And then just drank water when he felt like wanted to snack. I think thats a great start tbh. I started doing that as well

Everyone here is talking about wanting to lose 5-10 pounds when I literally weight around 240 pounds and need to lose at least a 100 pounds😔😔

I literally just eat because im bored. Im always at home because of quarantine and I dont have a job so theres nothing taking up my time to keep me from eating.

Getting my dream body is so hard especially during lockdown when I snack when I'm bored 😂 I need to lose maybe 5pounds to feel good, it's just easier to gain weight than lose it

I was able to lose weight by drinking apple cider vinegar with honey, cinnamon, and lemon. I did in the morning on an empty stomach and at night. I maintained a healthy diet. I don’t eat any fruits passing 1pm. I always have a cup of matcha with breakfast.

I'm trying to lose around 35 to 40 pounds before school starts which is in like 2 months but if they dont open up and do online school I'm not in a rush wish me luck. I'm trying to go to the gym 5 times or more a week and drinking acv and I'm kinda intermittent fasting I'm just eating salads if I break my fast. I've always wanted to do dance and wanted to be a contortionist but I really cant because my weight and i wanna change that I'm already very flexible but I cant really hold my balance with other things.

I really needed to hear these things. I only started my weightloss journey last June and I always feel so down and so left out because everyone started getting fit and healthy when quarantine started(which is way earlier than I did). I've been so jealous because they are already seeing results in the mirror while I can only see mine on the weighting scale. This is one of the reasons I've decreased the time I spend on using instagram, facebook and even twitter

Bro I was so set on losing at least 30 pounds at the beginning of quarintine before I go back to school, but now my mom is saying she's changing me to online school even if school does go back

Im so excited and i know this is stupid to be excited about but i ate healthy and exercised and i lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks. 135-129.2 ☺️☺️there are no physical results for me yet but the numbers still make me excited. Will update in 2 weeks!
