Cool video. Having my 1st raw liver today. Started strict Carnivor diet 3 days ago. Just red meat and raw liver. A few hard boiled eggs here and there. Bought a 5 gallon bucket of grass fed beef tallow from WELLNESS MEATS and contacting them to see if they'll sell and ship a whole Chuck Roll.

Best way to eat liver, get calf liver and not beef. Brush with plenty of olive oil, grill on bbq or coal grill in 1/2 inch thick slices. 4 minutes per side. Drizzle with cold pressed extra vergin olive oil and rock salt. It is phenomenal. FRESH, don’t freeze it, butcher stores sell it. This idea of raw organs is ridiculous. You need food culture in your life, nor gross raw liver and maple … 😂 dude

Would if it's not grass fed? I've never tried liver before. So, I don't want to spend a ton on grass fed, only to find out that I can't eat it. So, I found some non-grass at Walmart for $2.89 a pound so I can taste it first. I let it defrost on my counter and it turned to pure slime. Although, it doesn't smell pure. So, just slime. Or dead, bloody animal smelling slime. There is no way in hell that's going into my precious mouth. I'm so glad I only waisted $2.89! That was a close I'm sticking to the pills. The price comes out to be the same anyways, so I figure why torture myself.
