Raw meat always looks delicious so that’s an indicator to me that we should eat it. Seriously tho many cultures eat raw meat and their guts are designed to digest it like Alaskans. I eat raw fish and almost raw steak but that’s about it, but I would like to try other kinds.

So long as the meat is prepared properly and from a reliable source, sure. But don't be naïve and believe that all raw meat is safe to consume, because yes it in fact CAN contain those parasites and bacteria. Fact is, most people don't eat raw meat because unless you're getting it from certain places, it isn't worth the risk.

There's multiple raw meat dishes around the world but as soon as you eat the raw meat on its own and not in the form of a prepared dish, people lose their minds and warn about the dangers 😂

I'm curious, how do people eat raw meat without getting parasites/food poisoning? I understand that sushi is frozen first to kill any parasites, but what procedures do you follow to ensure you don't get sick? Is it just meat sourced from an animal that you've verified has no diseases?

Started eating raw meat months ago. Never felt better. Everything is upside down in crazyworld. But we're at the turn of the tide.

It is dangerous, lol. German pork is highly, higgly regulated which is why we can eat it raw. I wouldn't recommend grabbing any old pork from store and making mett with it, but be my guest. 😂

Where do you usually buy your meat? I love things like Carpaccio... but I'm afraid to eat raw meat in general although i eat very rare steaks.. i know it's in my mind but how did you overcome that?

I thank our ancestors for learning to control fire all those hundreds of thousands of years ago. Grilled seasoned meat is damn delicious. 😋
