How to Eat Raw Eggs Safely

Take as many precautions as you can when consuming raw eggs. In order to eat raw eggs safely, you want to make sure you buy the best quality eggs you can. Free-Range and from the farm is optimal. The darker the egg yolk, the better. You also want to make sure you wash your raw eggs thoroughly in order to get rid of anything that may be hiding out on the eggshell surface.

Ease yourself in and start with 1-2 raw eggs and build up from there. If you have too many raw eggs and your body isn't used to them yet, you may feel it.

Eating raw eggs is also a great option if you don't have time and don't want to have to clean up after. Enjoy

8-12 raw eggs a day for 6weeks. Home raised. Have had a stomach ache once but it resolved in a couple days. No constipation! Overall my testosterone is through the roof. I've also been exercising 5-6 days a week for 30min before eating the egg shake. 40yrs 6ft 205>>>189lbs. Muscle density and definition good. Best shape I've been in 10yrs+

I just had 2 raw eggs, a banana, almond milk and raw nuts in a smoothie after my legs workout and it was delicious. I grew up seeing my older brothers swallow raw eggs after their workouts and they're healthy asf. I don't do it everyday but it's great once in a while. Everything in moderation.

Make sure the egg is intact, no cracks or breaks, wash the egg and don't crack it on a bowel or edge use a flat surface so you are not pushing the egg shell inside the egg just fracturing the outside.

Pro tip - put the eggs in a pan of water. The eggs should sink. If they float, that means the shell let air inside, along with bacteria. Never eat these eggs raw because they can contain salmonella. The floating eggs should be cooked.

Exactly what I tell people, when I was a teen and I had to go to school I found it way more convenient to just wake up and drink the eggs raw because I didn’t have time to cook them or because I didn’t feel like going through the hassle. Never got sick

free range eggs are great, theyre safe in the uk if you wash the shell with soap and water carefully, you can have them with cooked rice its lovely

Hey there brother, really good advice. There is one bit that isn't quite right though. I used to think that the more orange the yolk the healthier it was. However, it's nearly completely just to do with what the chickens are fed. My father kept chickens; gave them a bunch of roaming space and fed them pink maggots. Sure enough the eggs came with a pinky hue to them. Also I buy organic and know the farm they come from and the yolks are yellow, where as the posh eggs that are in the supermarket are orange but aren't free range. Best bet is to always buy as organic as possible and not really worry to much on the colour as long as they look rich and taste good. Big love

I only take the Egg Yolks Raw, as the Whites don't lose any nutrients being cooked; and they are more digestable cooked. I put the Raw Yolks in a delicious smoothy every morning and it is extremely enjoyable! What I take from your video, is that I should wash the eggs before cracking them. I do this with all the fruits, washing before peeling, so the chemicals on the skin do not contaminate the flesh!

lol at the KFC advert before this. Anyway I've been very interested about getting into raw eggs recently. It was during meditation that these thoughts came to me. Something intuitively feels right to me about eating this way, but of course I've been conditioned to always cook such foods. This vid will be interesting and just what I need to hear right now. I'm guessing pasture raised eggs are the best eggs to do this with. Have you ever had any symptoms of food poisoning from doing this? Like slight cramps, diarrhea, etc.
