I've done about 8 different teachers for yoga on youtube and by far your videos are better because you don't feel the need to fill the silence during and between poses with idle chatter. You get to the point and fill the silence with much needed inner thinking on what I need to do to improve my pose. A lot of other teachers feel they need to talk during this time about what they had for breakfast or what their favorite coffee flavor is or what they did last night. It's very distracting when they do that so I kept looking for someone on youtube who kept it simple. Thank you.

Absolutely eye opening. As a 15 year old guy, yoga doesn't sound like the most Masculine of sports. But this takes dedication and control. Will be doing more

I love your channel. This is probably my favorite video so far. I come back to it multiple times a week. Your instruction is so clear that I can just wear my wireless earbuds and move through the practice without having to look at a video, which is wonderful for taking practice outside in this beautiful weather.

I love her videos... They make me work hard! Also, her voice is very relaxing and she says just the right amount of instructions. Some other instructors don't stop talking and it makes it stressful. I'd love to see more challenging poses, so I can learn more.

I love this video! i feel relaxed and refreshed at the end of it. After not really working out for almost a year (due to being pregnant and having a baby) i feel this video is not extremely challenging but pushes me just enough to build up my strength again. having a little bit of a background with yoga i love that its bringing me back! Thanks Sarah :)

 I have a somewhat physical job and I play tennis around three times a week. I was looking to add yoga. I liked this one so I added it to my favorites on my computer. I have done it on average 4 times a week. My body has changed over the course of three months. I am stronger and leaner. People have noticed and the best part is I feel great. Thank you so much!! I have practiced Yoga for years now. I have found very few trainers (1 other actually - Jillian Michaels), where I feel I am actually burning fat, toning and breathing deeply at the same time. Thanks for a great video. I have added this video to my yoga practice. Its also nice to see instructors who are genuine and not for lack of a better word 'posy'. .

I have been practice 2 days in a roll. I love the smooth flow. Good speed for it, too. Efficient workout in a 30min yoga practice.

I remeber doing this 7 years ago. I was doing your yoga practices more often that time and I still recall how your power yogas just like this one used to kill me but damn i was strong and flexible. Imagine how flexible and strong I would have been now if I continued. But anyway, I plan to do yoga again and of course follow your practices. I really love how you teach. Your instructions are clear and easy to follow. Whenever I think about yoga I always think about you even when I wasn't practicing it. I hope you'll continue sharing videos like this one in the future. And thank you so much for your dedication!
