I think it’s very important to remember that while we don’t really treat it like one, caffeine is unequivocally a drug. Doesn’t mean it’s inherently bad, just that you should treat it like one to have a healthy relationship with it, which is what Noel’s saying here

A few months ago I got that bad I ended up consuming about 1.9g of caffine in one day. 100%, if it isn't hitting, cycle or just take a break from the caffine. I can tell you from experience that the inconvenience of taking a short break is nowhere near as bad as heavily consuming. Stay strong 💪

Edit: yo so now that I got your attention I would like to ask a question I’ve been wanting too for a while. So I’m 14 and looking to build muscle and gain weight for sports. I would even like to play football but I’m built like a twig so I think it would be in my best interest if I do so. Any tips for bulking, or what exercise I should perform. I do body weight mostly, but a little weight here and there. What should I change/ do to help me reach my goals?

I’m thirteen and I have been depressed for 4 years since my cousin died and I lost control over my body and I gained 250 pounds during Covid and I weighed 130 lbs before and after I weighed 370 and I lost 151 pounds and now I weigh 219 and I’m not done losing weight then I’m going to bulk up my muscle and YOU THE ONE WHO HELPED ME!
