My preworkout is the memories of those who stabbed my heart

My pre workout is my anxiety and panic attacks lurking

My pre-workout is staring in the mirror for 30 seconds before heading to the gym.

My pre-workout is the stress of getting the workout done between the kids' bedtime and MY bedtime.

Its not a lie. Youw dont need anything. You can even train at the gym without set goals. But having an objective and trying to be as effective as possible sure helps lol

He didn’t say that you NEED a pre workout, he said it might help some people!
Pre workout helped me a lot, I’m a college student and I also have a job and the only time I have to workout is late at night .
At that time I feel really tired but taking a pre workout gives me more energy !

I personally feel like its really easy to workout off of nothing but your mental. I don't hype myself up, no pressure workout no coffee, I just say I'm going to go to the gym and finish all of my sets and reps, and I do it.

Two months free of preworkout/caffeine, finally starting to feel normal and intouch with my psyche again. Gonna stay off the stims for at least two more weeks.

You DON'T need pre workout though. Taking it too often it can become a dependency, I know many of us have been there.

I mean ever since I started a week ago on my weight loss journey, sticking to it has been so hard, but it’s so fucking worth it. I don’t really use a pre workout unless it’s leg day which is just a coffee for me, then I do weights and cool off then hit the bike. I’ve never felt better in my whole life and daddy Noel has really helped me not feel ashamed with this whole thing. So thank you Noel, I do appreciate it even if you’ll never read this.

You don't need Pre Work Out to train, so it's 💯 true. Been training 20 years and never needed any drug to pump me up to train

I like to scream in the morning mixed with a little crying. Really helps the pump

I took pre-workout supplements pretty consistently after I graduated high school. Not sure what happened, but one morning, after I took my pre-workout, maybe 10 minutes, I felt a surge of anxiety, followed by a feeling of doom, a racing heart, racing thoughts. I thought i was dying. I was screaming at my sister to take me to the hospital. She pulled the car over and I got out and did a few laps around the car and the feeling slowly went away. I dont know what the hell happened, but for years after that, any time I ingested anything that sped up my heart rate just a tiny bit, I'd be thrown into a full blown panic attack. I don't take pre-workouts anymore, and it took years before I could handle caffeinated products again. If I could go back now, I'd stop myself from taking a pre-workout supplement. Maybe it was a bad batch. Maybe I was already feeling anxious that day. The "maybes" have went through my mind since that day, but nonetheless, I refuse to take pre-workouts anymore. I was working out great before them, I'll work out great without them. To any of you taking them just be careful.

My pre workout is crying in corner of my room and listening to mommy x listener comforting ASMR.

My preworkout is understanding that nobody will respect me if I don't respect my body.

I can’t have caffeine or any stimulants so
I don’t use traditional Pre-workout as those
usually do so I take Ultima instead, which is
just an electrolyte powder. It is also calorie
and sugar free if that’s a concern for you!

Pre workout makes me forget my pathetic life and gives me the biggest smile I’ve had in years.
