DO NOT TAKE CAFFEINE SUPPS IF YOU HAVE ANXIETY

Stick to stim free if you are looking to have good, clean and focused pumps at the gym. I have a short history of anxiety and caffeine just increases my heart rate and blood pressure, inducing panic attacks, not an ideal combination when you are trying to connect mind and muscle at the gym!

Noel man guys like you are almost a necessity in the online fitness bubble. Theres so much harmful shit my friends are trying out because of tik tok fitness like that vein check shit, I have to keep telling my seventeen year old cousin to stop doing that shit it looks like his veins are gonna burst. And he seems to think hes fat even tho he weighs 137 lbs. It's so frustrating seeing this honestly physically gifted kid who already has abs calling himself fat and coping with alchohol. Again people like you are incredibly valuable.

Back in my high school senior year I had a vicious cycle of caffeine. I at first didnt sleep well because of my school works, I then had to drink caffeine to carry out my day. The amount I drank increased more and more, which affected my sleep more, causing me to drink more. I stopped all these BS after I graduated HS. I lost like 8 kg (which involved working out and choosing better diet too, but cutting energy drink helped a lot)
