Maine jab exercise start ki thi to subah uthkar bas 1 glass pani piti thi aur fress hone ke baad exercise karti thi vo bhi 1h na to kabhi low feel hua aur na hi esa kuchh... workout ke baad energy feel hoti 15 min baad ye sahi hai..? Ya change karna hai..?

PRE-WORKOUT MEAL FOR GYM 🏋🚴💪
2 hr before: proper meal
90 min: sandwich (moderate meal)
60 min: oats
30 min: fruits
15 min: Dates

I do brisk walking for 35-40 minutes followed by pranayam and some asanas for 30 minutes. But I don't eat anything before workout except for 2 glasses of lukewarm water. Is it bad? However I don't feel low.
