The Health Risks of Abdominal Fat
Increased visceral fat, which builds up deep within the abdomen to surround organs like the liver and insulin-generating pancreas, can pose certain dangers to health, especially in those with a body mass index (BMI) above 30 kg/m 2 (kilograms/meter squared) . This elixir will help detoxify your system, help your heart and arteries, and increase your metabolic rate.

Type 2 diabetes —Studies have shown that adults with large deposits of visceral fat develop lower sensitivity to insulin (insulin resistance). Since these people do not respond to the effects of insulin, which lowers blood sugar levels, they can develop type 2 diabetes.

Sleep apnea —Increased visceral fat has been associated with the occurrence of obstructive sleep apnea since deep abdominal fat can restrict the movement of the diaphragm and limit lung expansion.

I drank this March thru June of 2020 and he is right, you lose BELLY FAT and I felt good too! It was a nice start to my summer! Now I’m restarting this today! In December I stopped eating meat, dairy and soda. I drink lemon water EVERY MORNING and green tea with ginger periodically throughout the day. I’m down 29lbs and 3 sizes since December 26th!!!

Chia seeds in hot water and lemon, honey does wonder's. Helps me abstain from junk food, I have more energy to work and I feel less hungry, last time I took this for two weeks and people kept saying to me iv lost weight.. This doctor is amazing though.

Lost over 20 pounds doing something like this in the last two months. I put chia seeds in my coffee everytime I drink coffee. And in the evening, ginger tea mixed with Turmeric and sometimes with lemon.
