I just started drinking this but i drink only once in the morning and if i have left over i will drink it before bed time, i need to up it to 3 times like the video mention. I dont know what is it though but im sleeping better at night not waking up in the middle of the night looking to eat snacks plus my appetite isnt as big as it was. I have to force myself to eat something at dinner. Ive been walking 10, 000 steps everyday to help with my weight loss. Ive already lost 4 pounds in one week which im sure its water weight too, but still im happy, i hope to update February 25th on where i stand. I pray it works, ive tried everything and tired of the weight i put on during the pandemic honestly.

Yes this will work in fact with the exception of the ginger root and cinnamon this is the master cleanse which is what I do at least 3x a year. For optimal results I suggest exercising for rapid results (jogging/running and any ab exercise) I hope this helps someone

In case you didn't know the strong sour flavour from the lemon is a cursor to let you know how much toxins are in your body. The more you drink it the less sour it will be. I found this out just from drinking warm lemon water. I have made this particular drink some years ago and it helped flatten my stomach with my five day h.i.i.t workouts no more than 30-45 mins and simple dieting. For me I found best results of this drink was on an empty stomach when I woke and before I went to bed. No heavy eating at night and nothing after 8 pm. From 8pm until after my morning workout was my intermittent fasting period.
For defined results I cut out fast food, fried foods, sugar filled juices, soda, hostess, little Debbie, and high fructose corn syrup items. Also I cut out processed foods like microwave meals, canned beans, stew, and soups. It has negative effects on the body over a prolonged period

Salmon is big on omega 3 and contributes to shrinking the waist-line. I would eat that with asparagus and broccoli. Making your own salad versus bagged salad last up to two weeks. Kale, spinach, romaine, red cabbage, cucumber, carrots, dash of pink himalaya salt, crackle pepper, dash of medditerrean seasoning, protein of choice (optional), tossed in olive oil or a fare dressing like balsamic vinegarette, Italian, or create your own blend. Baked cubed butternut squash sprinkled with cinnamon is delicious as well.

I came back to like and subscribe. My little baby is almost 1 years old and this time it’s a little tougher losing the pudge since I had babies back to back. A friend shared this video with me. Started this 5 days ago and lost 9 lbs. But, but, but....I am doing this with exercise and intermittent fasting 16:8. I do add ACV with each glass and the cayenne pepper. Instead of honey, I use stevia to sweeten, tastes soo good to me. I never lost that much weight that fast before. It took 2 months to just loose 5 lbs with exercise and eating only 3 squares a day and one snack. It is very hard for me to lose weight but this drink is giving me hope, along with exercising 4x a week and the fasting. I hope to provide an update with more improvements.

1 year ago I did this and lost 28 pounds.

Let me help yall out here.
Yes, you can store it cold.
Yes, you can drink it room temperature or cold.
No, you can't use lime, lemon is a little bit more acidic than a lime.
Yes, you can use a little bit of cinnamon, JUST A LITTLE BIT.
If you are allergic to cinnamon, DON'T USE IT.
Use the cinnamon stick for 2to 3 batches. I recommend Ceylon cinnamon sticks cause it is healthier, but if you can't get those, use a little bit of regular cinnamon.
Yes, you can use honey in this recipe. But if you are allergic to honey, DON'T USE IT. Use a little bit of sugar or sweetener substitute.

I remember I had covid and I drank ginger root and lemon tea with a dab of honey. Along with zinc vitamin c and d and plenty of fluids I dropped literally 15 pounds within a week. I was also not eating as much due to appetite and going to the toilet lol
