Whole grains and legumes are inflammatory in some extend, so better not to exaggerate. However, they are surely better compared to processed foods.

I have to avoid Dairy, sugar, grains, gluten, soy, alcohol.... Bible reading is my mediation. Ideally swimming laps in the pool is great but not an option for me right now... also building your immune system by a gut health supplement, vitamin D and Vitamin C

Both grains and legumes promote inflammation. In some people this can be quite bad.

No foods that you have intolerances to (like milk, bananas, mangos (these 2 go together), strawberries for some of us) and whatever else you eat that disturbs you 2. Drink a lot of water at least 2.5 liters as women, 3 litres for men. Low sugar, pops or fizzy drinks, do not do high aerobic but VO2 level aerobic if your cortisol levels are high (hint, ADHD) high aerobics causes cortisol to go up, and please don't tell me I need a medical degree, I do look into things deeply.
