In this video, we’re going to talk about how to increase your height naturally.

Children typically grow two inches in height each year between age one and puberty—this increases to four inches a year during puberty. Your height typically stops increasing between ages eighteen and twenty.

If you’re under twenty and want to grow taller, this information is for you.

While there is a genetic limitation to your maximum height, you can support your growth with nutrients. Nutrient deficiencies can significantly reduce your height.

Three types of hormones are directly related to growing taller:
• Human growth hormone (HGH)
• Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1)
• Thyroid hormones

Low HGH can be caused by:
1. Zinc deficiency:
• Excess phytates
• Sugar and refined carbs
• Alcohol
• Stress
• Not enough red meat or shellfish
2. Insufficient protein
3. Lack of sleep
4. Obesity
5. Smoking
6. Caffeine
7. Low vitamin D
8. Starvation

Low IGF-1 can be caused by:
• Liver damage—especially a fatty liver from a high-carb diet

Low thyroid hormones can be caused by:
• Iodine deficiency
• Not enough seafood, shellfish, and sea kelp

The best supports to help increase your height are:
1. A quality trace mineral product with zinc (or red meat and shellfish)
2. Pituitrophin PMG (SP)
3. Lots of sleep
4. Avoid phytates
5. Vitamin D3 (regular exposure to sunlight)
6. Healthy Keto and intermittent fasting

I'm 5ft 3 male, I'm so content with my height, the way I stay happy is look at a guy who lives near me with no legs and other guys who are shorter and happier, I'm happy with my height but others keep reminding me, most annoying are women, I have no interest in dating them but they mention it to me, women can be shallow, guys be strong 💪💪you don't need someone who will judge you with what you can't control! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

My brother stopped growing around 18 - 19, then when he was 31 started complaining about extreme growing pains (especially at night time). He thought it was arthritic pain. But shockingly he ended up growing 2 more inches. Went to see his doctor, the doctor got scared thinking it was cancer or something, they sent him to specialists, the specialists said yeah it happens. Its not common, but it happens. So all the nonsense of growth plates and their knowledge of growth and the body is obviously wrong.

My growth was somehow phenomenal during my early childhood years but horrific during my teenage years, where I stopped being active, stayed inside and barely ate or only ate sugary snacks and didn't sleep that much, I used to spend all my time on the computer, being a male, at age 12 I was 5'7'' (tall), age 14 I was 5'8'', age 16 I was 5'9''½ and age 18 I was 5'10''½... now at 25 I would say I'm 5'11'' and would say I've been this height since age 20 but my doctors used to think I would grow to be 6'2-6'4' when I was a kid

Giving this a try and will update in a few months! My 14yr old is 4’11”. She stopped growing 2 yrs ago. As her mom I am 5’0” and I stopped growing around her age as well. She is determined to grow! Our diets are opposite of Dr Berg’s suggestions…we consume rice with every single meal and hardly eat red meat/seafood. That’s all changing over the next several months! Just ordered all the vitamins too! Fingers crossed! 😅

I was 10 years old and I was a head shorter than other kids at school same grade, and got bullied a lot. Doctor said I would never get taller than 5’7”

My mom sent me to play sports, every summer, swimmer, basketball… and made me drink lots and lots of bone broth stew, beef, pork cooked with lots of different kinds of veggies 🥕..

During the day played lots of sport, after having a delicious meal then went to bed. I slept at least 8 hours a day during the summer, then bam 💥, from June to September, I grew about 2 inches..

Every since then, my mom contuned to use this formula on my height. When I started at college I grew to 5’11”, way taller than 5’6” the doctor predicted.

I kept drinking beef, pork, strew even in my college days, now I am about 6’1”.

I’ve always felt nutrition probably played a key part of height. I’m Latino, my dad was born in the mid 1920s and he was about 5’8” which was actually kinda tall for a Latino man, back then. My mom was 5’4” which was a decent height. Born in the early 60s, I’m 6’, my two younger sisters are 5’6” & 5’9”. I can’t help but think food in the 60s didn’t have all the additives & genetic modifications like today. Both my parents were good cooks and we ate balanced meals with a wide variety of vegetables and meats, including many organ meats that were not typically consumed by Americans at that time. I’d say that a good diet gave us kids 4 inches of height on our parents.

I’ve been giving my baby boy eggs since he’s started eating solids. I also used to add cod liver oil to his bottles before he started solids because I couldn’t breastfeed. Now he’s 19 months old and is taller in height than his 2 year old cousin! Nutrition really does matter!

Milk is one of the most underrated when it comes to this. My parents are both below the average height and most of my family relatives too, but I managed to get to 6ft 1 because i used to sprint as a kid, but more importantly was forced to drink milk everyday until the age of 18. Thinking back on it I'm quite grateful for it. Anyone reading this, genetics doesn't determine the entirety of your height potential, other factors definitely play a strong role. Thanks for reading!

So true about the zinc. I was in the 90th percentile for my height until I graduated high school. But I had extremely high levels of zinc even when pregnant before I started prenatals (usually a growing fetus takes it all) I was always hungry as a kid but ate pretty well. Also, all the taller people I know seem to really like cereal. Also, stretching. Almost instinctively I would stretch after sleeping or even when getting sleepy. I noticed my toddler does it as well (also 90th percentile for height).

Shortest man in my family. Tallest is 6 ft. I was underfed, constantly hungry (parents rarely got food for me), got little sleep, forced to do wrestling and allowed no days to rest and recover
Everything to stunt a man's growth i was put through.

I love your honesty and truthfulness in the way you speak. You don't try to manipulate people into doing something or buying something. Your videos and message are as whole as the healthy food you eat!

My daughter has 22q11.2 syndrome & diagnosed with short stature running below 1 percentile.. we went to Ireland and she ate more mussels than I would think any human could eat daily, we spent tons of time outdoors and she grew 2 inches in a month!! Now she runs in the 7th percentile :)

I'm Korean American. Both of my bros are over 6'2" but I'm only 5'2". Growing up I ate horribly and stayed up all night. I didnt have enough protein in my diet n drank too much coffee. My brothers ate a lot of healthy food+ a lot of meat+no sweets and played lots of basketball and sports. I'm the shortest in my family. Diet-- proper nutrition, sleep, and exercise can greatly influence your height.

My oldest grandson is nine years old. He is one of the shortest boys in his class. He eats chicken nuggets all of the time. He basically seemed to have been raised on them. He eats Cambell’s soup too. Sometimes he likes tacos. He loves pickles. He is very picky. He likes sweets but not as much as his little brother. When the boys eat with us, his grandparents, we serve real foods, meat, veggies and sometimes rice or potatoes. The oldest complains about the gross food we put in his plate. He is slowly learning to broaden his palate, but it is frustrating to see him reject the good foods.
