I started from zero level last year in quarantine, your channel helped me to gain front and middle split, backbend, teardrop, needle and I'm close to leg hold now.🥺 Can't believe it worked!! Thanks to u💖

so like, in Canada they teach us is a wayy different way. But this helped me a lot to improve my leg hold. I can go straight up now lolz. Anyways thanks girlie!

I am an 8th girl (have completed exam of 7th last month) and got splits in just 2 days!!(because I am a little bit flexible from childhood)..
Now, hope so that will get the leg hold also.
