To perform a single leg squat:
1. Stand on one leg with your foot facing forward.
2. Keeping your knee behind your toes, squat down, sticking your bottom out and bringing your chest forward, using your arms and other leg for balance.

Awesome! I like the arms going forward. I'll add that. One question. Does it make a diference whether the unweighted legs goes back or goes forward? If it helps, I'm working on downstairs walking and on short ladder climbing like 5 steps. What I do now is alternate unweighted leg going forward and backward. Thanks much for your vids!
